As part of the OAI framework designed to sustain long-term archival and interoperability among PlanktonNet nodes, we have developed a metadata portal which enables scientists, managers and students to simultaneously access and mine all nodes within the PlanktonNet project.  .

In addition to PlanktonNet data, we are also harvesting environmental primary data archived in WDC-Mare/Pangaea and various OAI-compliant publication repositories in Europe such as ePIC (Germany), Archimer (France) and Papadocs (Portugal).  For a complete list of all harvested repositories and respective number of records, visit our data portal.
